Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads for advertising services within the Toronto market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their advertising needs and develop customized solutions. Present proposals and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of advertising campaigns.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in sales, particularly in selling Instagram, Tiktok or social media services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
• Knowledge or prior experience selling marketing services is a plus.
