Specializing in innovative and delicious croissants, the Bake Code Croissanterie has cultivated a reputation for unique treats. Last year’s Fall offering included a variety of croissant flavours, including thai milk tea, pumpkin almond spice, blueberry Tea, Mentaiko. Currently, their special flavours include Boba, black sesame almond, and matcha cheesecake! Try them all!

Emerging as one of Toronto’s most popular artisanal donut chains over the past few years, bloomer’s offers Fall selects in addition to their all-vegan menu of fan favourites. These include filled carrot cake and candy apple donuts, as well as the tried and true pumpkin pie donut! They’re a lot more than just donuts, though; give them a visit!

Bunner's Bakeshop

Their Kensington Market location always has a line, and for good reason: Bunner’s Bakeshop has a great selection of desserts, baked goods, and more! They’ve got pumpkin pie cupcakes, cheesecakes, pumpkin spice cinnamon buns, and a vanilla/pumpkin spice soft serve ice cream cone! It’s bananas! (well, it’s pumpkin, but you get it)

The third part of the vegan trilogy of this blog, Machino Donuts is a personal favourite of the author and has two locations near some of Toronto’s most picturesque parks (Christie Pits and High Park). During the Fall, they have delicious pumpkin spice donuts, carrot cake fritters, and coffee cake cronuts! The people there are as sweet as their donuts, so go out of your way to give Machino a visit!
