The Toronto Santa Claus Parade

Might as well start with the big one! For over 100 years, the Santa Claus Parade has been a cornerstone of the holiday season in Toronto, and it will be making it’s return to an in-person event for the first time in three years! Get ready to see fantastic floats, phenomenal performances, and of course, Santa Claus! The parade has always been focused on community and family, so there are few better places to take the little ones these holidays!

The 48th Annual Markham Santa Claus Parade

The 48th Annual Markham Santa Claus Parade is the perfect way to celebrate the holiday season with your loved ones! This longstanding tradition is being hosted by Grand Marshall Joe Bowen, “The Voice of the Toronto Maple Leafs” (with over 3,000 games commentated to his name). Join him and thousands of others as they celebrate the start of the holiday season with a visit from Jolly Old St. Nick himself!

The 2022 Milton Santa Claus Parade

Mr. Claus made his first appearance in 1907 at the shop of a local merchant in Milton, and since 1933, The Milton Santa Claus Parade has been a staple of this township’s holiday season. This year’s theme is “Christmas All Around the World”, and features a variety of floats and entertainers inspired by all corners of the globe. The holiday season is about bringing people together, no matter what their background is!

Olde Tyme Christmas Parade on Main Street in Unionville

Just outside of Markham, you’ll find the tiny, charming town of Unionville where every year, people flock to Main Street for their Olde Tyme Christmas celebration! This year, they invite you for a very Merry afternoon featuring light displays, live music, the Olde Tyme Christmas parade featuring everybody’s favourite jolly red giant, and much more!

The Stouffville Santa Claus Parade

Santa Claus is coming to Stouffville; join them and celebrate the season as a parade of lights makes it’s way down Main Street! They’ve got beautifully-decorated floats serving as a convoy for Kris Kringle, with marching bands and more entertainers providing a soundtrack as they march down Main Street! This event is sure to be a delight for families and friends of all ages!

The Mississauga Santa Claus Parade

The Mississauga Santa Claus Parade is returning for the first time in three years! See spectacular floats, musical entertainment, local celebrities (including Grand Marshall Doug Gilmour, Leafs legend and Hockey Hall of Famer!) and of course a visit from the man himself, Santa Claus! Over 20,000 people are expected to attend one of the season’s biggest celebrations; make sure you’re one of them!
