1. Downey's Strawberry & Apple Farm
Go apple picking at Downey's Strawberry & Apple Farm. With a ton of apple options, including Ginger Gold, McIntosh, Gala, Honey Crisp and more, there is something for every apple-lover here. Different apples start at different times, so make sure to check out their harvest calendar here.
Where: 13707 Heart Lake Road Caledon ON L7C 2K7
Price: 10 lb bag of apples for $26 (max 3 people per bag) or a 20 lb bag of apples for $42 (max 5 people per bag). There is no admission charge to enter the farm. There is a minimum pick of $8.50 a person.
2. Pine Farms Orchard
Pine Farms Orchard is a popular apple-picking spot that you should check out this year. Their admission fees start from $5 and they charge $2.35 per lb for apples. They offer a variety of apples, including Crotland, Spartan, and Golden Delicious. While you’re there, make sure to check out their bakeshop that features homemade treats like cookies, pies, butter tarts, and more.

Price: Admission fee: Adults: $10/per person(tax included), Children under 12/Seniors 65+ $5 (tax included). Pick your own apples are weighed by the pound at $2.35/lb.
3. Pingle's Farm Market
Pingle’s Farm Market is a great spot near Toronto for apple-picking. Pick between Paula Red, Zeestar, Ginger Gold, and McIntosh.

Price: Tickets start from $5. $24 for 10 lb apples, $39 for 20 lb apples.
4. Carl Laidlaw Orchards
Carl Laidlaw Orchards, near Toronto, offers a wide selection of apples, including Ambrosia, Fuji, Honey Gold, Spartan, and so much more. Apple varieties vary throughout September and October, so make sure to check out their website for more details.

Price: Admission fee: Children 2 and older $9 plus hst. Adults 18 and older $15 plus hst.
5. Dixie Orchards
Check out Dixie Orchards for an apple-picking session! Home to sunflower fields, pick-your-own apples, a pumpkin patch and more at various times throughout the fall season. This is a great spot to check out this fall with your friends and family.

Price: Prices start from $6. Any apples & other picked items will be charged as an additional fee.
6. Applewood Farm
Applewood Farm, located near the 404 on McCowan Road, is a popular apple-picking destination with a variety of apples like Ambrosia, Cortland, Spencer, and Royal Gala. Each variety is ready to be picked at different times throughout the season.

Price: $12 per person for entry (age 3 and up). Children 2 and under enter for FREE. PYO apples are $35 for a large bag and $20 for a small bag
7. Albion Orchards
Albion Orchards is just an hour north of Toronto and is a great spot for apple enthusiasts. Visitors can pick from various apples, including McIntosh and Northern Spy, with most varieties available from September to October.

Price: $25 for 10 lb bags (maximum 3 people to share a 10 lb bag) and $45 for a 20 lb bag (maximum 5 people to share a 20 lb bag).
8. Organics Family Farm
Organics Family Farm is a small, family-owned Certified Organic farm located in Markham. They offer pick-your-own and ready-picked apples with varieties like, Sunrise, Lobo, Liberty, Ida Red and more.
Where: 7550 19th Ave, Markham, ON L6B 1A8, Canada
Price: Admission fee: $16 per person 3 years old and up to enter the orchard. This price includes a 5 lb bag of pick your own apples.
