1. Off-Loom Weaving Workshop
Participants in this off-loom weaving workshop will create large-scale textile art using thick merino wool roving. During the 3-hour session, you’ll learn essential weaving techniques and can choose to craft either an 18"x24" or 36"x48" piece. All materials, including a wood dowel and responsibly sourced merino roving, are provided. No prior experience is required.

2. Otherworld
The Art Museum at the University of Toronto proudly presents Otherworld, the world premiere solo exhibition by artist Camille Turner, running from Sept. 4th, 2024, to March 22nd, 2025, at the University of Toronto Art Centre. Known for blending Afrofuturism and historical research, Turner’s exhibition features new films, installations, and past works. Public programming includes the Afronautic Research Lab, inviting visitors to engage with Black history. This extended exhibition reflects the museum’s commitment to fostering deeper community connections.

3. Dovercourt Sunday Social

8. The Barrel Boys Christmas Concert
Established in 2012, The Barrel Boys are a 5-piece acoustic string band based in Ontario, Canada. The band’s sound is built around rich vocal harmonies and virtuosic instrumental playing, and their unique repertoire of original material is informed by their fluency in classic bluegrass, old-time, country, and Americana. 13. Free Cookies for a Good Cause - Fleischmann's Cookie Drive
n celebration of the launch of Fleischmann's Baking Soda, the beloved baking brand is teaming up with local bakeries across the country and Second Harvest, Canada's largest food rescue organization, to spread holiday cheer and give back to the community.
