It's rare to find great eats in Toronto for under $10 in 2023, but we've found some of the best cheap eats that won't put a dent in your wallet. Here’s a list of our favourite eats for under $10 in Toronto.

1. El Sazon de la Tia Flor

You can still get $1 tacos in Toronto in 2023. Every Tuesday & Wednesday, El Sazon de la Tia Flor offers $1 tacos. They offer a variety of options including carnitas, pork, pastor, birria, chicken, vegan options and more.

2. Loga's Corner

Want the most delicious and affordable momos in the city? Loga's corner is the spot. If you don't know what momos are, they’re traditional Tibetan dumplings that are stuffed with your choice of meat or veggie. At Loga's Corner, you can get 8 momos for $8.

3. Pennies

Pennies offers a variety of sliders including classic hamburgers, southern fried chicken, and more for $5.49. If you're vegetarian, don't worry, they also offer veggie sliders such as the veggie el paso melt, veggie cheeseburger, Korean fried chicken-ish, and more.

4. Jumbo Empanadas

If you're craving some tasty and affordable Chilean meat & vegetable empanadas, look no further. Jumbo Empanadas offers a variety of items for less than $10. You can get jumbo empanadas (beef, chicken, or veggie) for $6.50. They also have mini empanadas and cheese empanadas for $2.50. If you want humitas instead, they’re only $6.
