Did you know that Ripley's Aquarium of Canada has a brand new reptilian exhibit? For the first time ever, they're bringing terrestrial animals to their attraction. While dragons may not actually be real, you'll be able to bridge the gap between legend and reality with these dragon-esque creatures.
This exhibit features a variety of species who have inspired dragon myths around the world. This includes species like Cuvier’s Dwarf Caiman, Dumeril’s Monitor, Green Crested Basilisk, Kimberley Rock Monitor, and more!
Visitors will get a hands-on experience with interactive displays and lots of amazing photo ops. You'll be fully immersed in this magical experience and get unique opportunities like feeling the texture of the animals. You'll also learn how these different creatures have inspired dragon myths throughout the years. Furthermore, this exhibit was designed to be completely accessible to those with visual impairments, offering to-scale lifelike models of all the animals on exhibit.
So what are you waiting for? Get ready to dive into a new realm and witness myths made real!
