A proponent of keeping things simple but doing them well (check out their Instagram for further proof), The Library prepares specialty coffee using globally sourced beans, and it’s really, really good.

White Squirrel Coffee Shop

Across the street from Trinity Bellwoods, you’ll find this pretty little hole-in-the-wall in the White Squirrel Coffee Shop. Their menu includes pastries and baked goods from local vendors, but they do a damn good iced lattee that this author starts their saturdays with. Grab one for International Coffee Day!
