The Blue Jays Stadium just got some new upgrades to kick off the Blue Jays 2022 season opener. The Blue Jays will be playing their home season opener tomorrow against the Rangers and all the new upgrades will be seen live for the first time.
One of the most noticeable changes to the stadium is their new 8000 square feet completely redone videoboard. The videoboard features two new lower wings and side ribbons that wrap around the stadium. The turf of the stadium and its field preparations have also been upgraded.
The Blue Jays even got their own beer brewed for them this year courtesy of Mill Street Brewery. Next time you attend a game and need to quench your thirst, consider trying Mill Street's new Blue Wave beer brewed specifically for Blue Jays fans! If you're attending opening weekend or any other games throughout April, you'll have the chance to participate in several exclusive giveaways and experiences. Prizes include replica jerseys, bobbleheads (arguably everyone's favourite) and so much more! However, if you don't get lucky winning a prize, you can always fall back on the new Blue Jays gift shop. They've got many new Blue Jays products, jerseys, and even some throwback items.
The Blue Jays Stadium just got some new upgrades and the Blue Jays 2022 opener is looking more promising than ever. Whether you're cheering on live in the stadium or from the TV, let's give the Blue Jays all our support!
