1. Near-Total Solar Eclipse
On April 8th, Toronto will be experiencing a near-total solar eclipse. Between 2:04 pm to 4:31 pm, Toronto is expected to have a near-total solar eclipse, with the peak expected to happen at 3:19 pm, where the Moon will obscure the majority of the Sun's light, immersing everyone into temporary darkness. Cherry blossoms in Toronto typically bloom at the end of April to early May, but with the warmer weather, they may appear sooner this year. 3. Toronto Blue Jays Home Opener
