2022 will be the year that marks the Toronto International Film Festival's 47th anniversary. The film festival will be taking place September 8-18 this year and will be operating in full capacity. This year you will have the opportunity to go to TIFF in Toronto this year for cheaper if you're under 25.
TIFF members will be able to pick up their in-person pass packages starting as early as May 25 and the packages will be available to the rest of the public after June 22. If you're 24 and under you'll be able to grab regular screening tickets for as little as $11 which is $8 cheaper than the regular price. In addition to reduced regular screening ticket prices, you'll also get 25% off the year-round tickets to view screenings at the TIFF Bell Lightbox. If you happen to be over 24, tickets will be $19 for regular screenings and $27 for the premium. If you miss your chance to grab tickets during the regular period, rush tickets will be available for $25 and $45 for regular and premium screenings respectively.
Getting to go to TIFF in Toronto this year for cheaper if you're under 25 will be great for a lot of young aspiring filmmakers and movie enthusiasts. Official schedules for the Toronto International Film Festival will be released August 23 detailing screenings and events taking place at the festival.
